According to report, Google is planning to improve the features of Google Chrome for security purposes. The new feature will block automatic downloads from ad frames without user intervention. Since, Google developers have said about this feature that
blocking automatic downloads in ad frames without user gesture will make the web less abusive and more secure.

When we talk about advantages of this new feature for Chrome users, it will allow the ad frame to initiate downloading in case when users clicked on ad file and ads can show “download” or “Get it here” buttons. Google will add “block ad frames advertisements” features soon to all Chrome versions excluding for iOS because it is not based on Chromium engine. For those who are not aware, Google has announced that Chrome would also block automatic file downloads from sandboxes iframe this year earlier which is basically an HTML iframe used for showing ads, but it can also be exploited for plant malware on users’ Systems.
